If we have sent you a promotional email, you may unsubscribe by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email. These opt outs do not apply to information provided to RentVision as a result of a product purchase, product service experience or other transactions.

6. Accessing and Correcting Your Information

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. 7. Your State Privacy Rights

Please note: We may need to verify your identity before processing the request, and in some cases, we may need to collect additional information for such identity verification. You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out rights and we will only use the information provided in an opt-out request, or additional identity verification request, to review and comply with your request. Under some State Privacy Laws, you may also designate an authorized agent to make these requests on your behalf. We may require proof of their status as an authorized agent and again request additional information to verify your identity before processing these requests.
California Specific Rights

We take steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Unfortunately, the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us.
